The Holy Quran is a book of guidance and a sea of knowledge for those who take inspiration from it. In order to promote the fervour of recitation of the Holy Quran, a beautiful ceremony of Mehfil e Husn-e-Qira'at was organized on the ninth day of Itikaf under the auspices of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League. Various Qur'ra sisters recited different surahs in mehfil and were appreciated by the mutakifa'at on the beautiful tajweed and lehn. Mrs. Fizzah Hussain Qadri and Ms. Durra-tuz-Zahra exclusively participated in the ceremony.
